Daniel was quick to respond when our ceiling molded out of no where. He was at our house within a few hours! Him and his team removed the ceiling and made sure there was no mold or moisture in the insulation. They cleaned up all of the drywall they had to remove and took it with them to dispose of. Great work! I highly recommend

Our basement had a main line sewer back up, and Daniel and his team were extremely quick to respond to help remediate the damage. They even helped with having our insurance company adjust their claim to pay us out nearly $3,500 more than the initial claim, as the insurance company adjuster missed some damage in their estimate. They were extremely professional as well and quick to response to questions. I would highly recommend Restoration 1 of St. Charles and would use them again!

Mike was great to work with. He explained each step going forward to fix my ceiling in my walk-in closet. Greg his helper was amazing and very friendly and personable. We had flooding in our house due to a nearby creek. This team was prompt coming out to help us and was able to take action quickly for us. We were walked through the process and everything was explained well and remediation was top notch. They helped us figure out next steps with rebuilding our rooms and held our hands throughout our remediation process. We are happy we chose them and would recommend them to anyone. We had an amazing experience with this company

The team was great to work with. I had a mold emergency call and they were working within two hours of my call. Daniel was able to coordinate a plumber and dumpster making it easy on us. Courteous, kept us informed on progress and no mess in our home at all. Really appreciate their service in a time where things can get stressful. This a great local business who cares about what they do.
