RecommendedWe ended up with a flooded basement! I called Restoration 1 of Toledo on a Saturday around 8:30/9:00 AM. They answered immediately and someone was here in a little over an hour to start assessing. The rest of the crew arrived shortly and went to work. By 1:30, the crew was leaving and we were already drying out! The men were pleasant and amazing with our dogs and our children. They worked so efficiently and kept encouraging us it would all be ok. I highly recommend Restoration 1 of Toledo!

RecommendedWe discovered the flooding of our basement at 6:30 in the afternoon, we called several companies and they answered our call and at 7:15 they were already studying the problem and how to solve it. His response was so quick that we were able to save everything, even the carpet (They washed it), we had no humidity problems. Excellent response and very professional.

RecommendedI had water in my basement from a failed sump pump. They came the same day I called and did an amazing job. Jeremy hooked me up with a plumber to replace the pump and a guy to fix drywall. He interacted directly with my insurance adjuster and within 3 days my basement is dry. I give Jeremy and Restoration 1 the highest recommendation. So grateful I found him.

This company is awful. I'll prepared to go into attic,called my wife a lier and refused to send estimate that was requested. Don't waste your time or money with this company.
