We had a great experience with Restoration 1! We had some flooring come up with a small amount of mold on the sub-floor. Devin and his team were amazing and their care of our home was outstanding! We would definitely recommend using them.

Had a great experience with the demo and mitigation from this company. Had water damage in my basement due to plumber error, and I'm about half way through the entire process of getting it fixed. Justin Lumb provided timely and accurate communication with me about project status. And the crew of Will, Michael, Brandon, Benjamin, Bri, and Racheal made the demo and clean up process pretty easy. I'll write another review to tell you how the build process goes.

I purchase a home last year in July two days later it flooded due to plumbing issues that was not caught during inspections. I called a friend and she immediately recommended Shannon! She called me immediately and was at my home within 24 hours airing it out and working on preventing any further damages.
