The staff was most helpful working with my husband and myself reviewing and explaining the different options available to correct our vision problems . The corrective steps we followed are allowing us to drive safer at night and improve our overall vision. Very knowledgeable and supportive staff.
The doctors were great, but front staff somewhat rude and controlling. The sign said to come in 5 minutes prior to appointment, but the desk clerk made us stand in the cold that 5 minutes until our EXACT appointment time. This seemed petty, as she was literally standing 5 feet from us, watching us shiver. It seemed she wanted to make some odd point?
