They did a great job and left everything clean.
They were professional, courteous, respectful, and responsive. They made sure that I was clear on every step of the process before it began. The communication was excellent.
Overall, they are a very professional organization and for me to give a 5, they would have to be off the charts. They did a really good job with everything.
I've had plumbers come out here and said they drilled the holes wrong the dry out the wall. I don't know where the mix-up was. If it was with them or with insurance of how this was all supposed to go down. This is our first time as a homeowner claim. We didn't know what to expect. We got the paperwork from the company and that was fine. It just wasn't very clear what was going to happen.
