Restoration Management Company is like none other. They are responsive, timely, considerate, and friendly, especially during a very stressful event.
They were very timely. They came over within an hour of when I called for assistance. They worked well into the night to fix the issues before they went home. They did not even go home until 11 o'clock. It was a bad water leak. They did really well.
Awesome Company. Very professional. Absolutely no complaints. From the very first phone call, every individual I interacted with on the phone and/or in person were very polite and held their word every time.
After speaking with Owner Takata, I found the Project Manager Contreras and Benavides were more receptive. My initial Project Manager for the Fire was Contreras. She was not available after that first meeting. Project Manager Benavides took over for the Water damage and the 18 fans & dehumidifiers. He was gruff in the beginning and kinder later.
