This is a service you would hope never to need but if you do you can feel fully confident in your choice of Restoration Management Company. We experienced significant water damage to two floors of our home. They showed up shortly following our initial phone call and worked around the clock until all was dry. Our furniture and contents were packed up and moved out by company staff which was a service we could not have done without. Excellent customer service throughout the entire project. Very thorough and professional.
I expected a little bit different turn out. It took so long to do everything. The timing was terrible. Part of it might have been an insurance problem, but I was really frustrated because I was ready to have this done within the first week and everyone involved kept dragging their feet. It took two months. Part of it was that I wanted to do it, but insurance said that if I did it that they weren't going to pay for it, so I needed them to get the people out here to do what I needed them to do. They were very professional, very nice, and kept me at ease at a horrible time in my home with a horrific flood. They were tidy and clean, everyone was top-notch, everything thing about it. The project manager was great, everyone was.
