They were very conscientious about their job and my home. They were also very expedient showing up to the property exactly on time every time.
It is an experience you don't have on a regular basis with construction companies. The job they did for us was a good job under the situation.
This company communicated throughout the process. The project manager is good at communicating. They should know more about the city process when they do larger projects like ours. I had to step in and help them with the process of dealing with the city for permits. It would have been better if they had known the process. The work was good, they communicated well, were on time, and completed the work.
They were the only ones that I thought to call because I knew they would do everything right. I didn't have to think twice about contacting Restoration Management Company - Benicia. It was a no brainer.
