While the changing of account managers left certain details to fall through the cracks with our plan, I appreciate how Susanyelli stepped in to graciously get our project back on track. It was my Management Office arranged Restoration Management Company to help me to dry my unit with their big equipment, the reason being my upstairs neighbor forgot to turn off his water so that water dropped down to my ceilings and wooden floor.Their workers were efficient and helpful and delivered several big machines within a short time to absorb the moist in the unit.
