Estimate came back for removal of 45 square feet of flooring even though flooring is continuous throughout the house.

It took 2 months to get the project started, and I found myself having difficulty contacting Restoration Management Company to get the project going. That resulted in the 2-month delay.

We were told that our TV needed to be replaced and so it was added to our claim. Our project manager called to see when he could pick up the TV and dispose of it. Once we received our replacement I called him and they cane and picked it up. Two days later we were notified by Samsung that our TV was registered to a different owner. My husband called the project manager to ask how the TV was disposed of and he was told it was “put by the dumpster”. That was a lie. I will not recommend a company that is this dishonest.
