My past experience with roofers has not been pleasant. However, ******* assured me that he would do the job to my approval. His crew completed the roof work in one day, and cleaned up the next day. There were a couple of issues, but ******* quickly fixed those. After the job was complete and payment was made, I discovered one of my gutters had been damaged during the work. Restoration Professionals was stellar from start to finish. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable and explained and documented all of the specifics and costs after a hail storm damaged our roof. He worked directly with the insurance company to ensure that all damage was fixed and within their estimate, so that our insurance coverage held up.
