Zack, Scott, Justice, Gabe, Lucy and Kent. All these guys responded so fast to our flood emergency. All were very kind, I was impressed with how fast, respectful and understanding they were. I would definitely recommend, especially when you are in a panic! They explained the claim process and various efforts associated with the repair.
Update— Second experience - For a second call for service from Restoration Pros with an additional flooding and floor removal cleanup, it was a thorough job from the team of Zach, Andrea, Scott, and Dylan. They documented all wet and damaged areas before removal of material, set up equipment for fast drying, and took care to remove and clean up after, while documenting each step of the process. The Restoration Pros crew responded quickly and took care of my mess efficiently. I am so grateful! Each one of the crew that serviced my house between the two days when they were doing work was fantastic: Dylan, Zach, Justice, Andrea, Scott, Christian. They communicated effectively between each step, they kept my space clean, and they answered any questions I had!
Dylan and Justice were absolutely amazing!! We had our hot water heater burst in the middle of the night and flood my daughter’s room and some of my hallway. I am a new homeowner so obviously this was a nightmare. They pulled up warped flooring, did some water related cleanup, water removal, and mold inspection.
