I had the good fortune of meeting Robert from Restoritech recently on a flooding issue. Obviously, I am ecstatic that Robert found zero evidence of damage other than a few small hot spots. But that is not why I stopped by to write a review. Robert is a super friendly and reassuring presence. He is a wealth of insights and information. Above all, he is honest and very forthcoming … traits that you want of a service professional when you are in a bind. Thank you Robert for being a great customer experience.
Robert Melvin really the saved the day on our project! We were referred out to a couple of different companies for water mitigation based on our insurance adjuster's recommendation. They were not only late to the appointment but they were severely overpriced. Robert came out to assess our project and was professional, on-time and very knowledgeable. I will call Restoritech if we ever have damage in our home again!
After having a pipe leak in a wall, I called Restoritech to inspect the damage from the leak. Robert came out and did the inspection. He was thorough and informative throughout the entire process. But what I appreciated most was his honesty - turns out the leaking water had not caused any issues and would dry out on its own. Finding a company that has that kind of integrity is rare and should be commended. If I ever have any similar issues in the future, Robert will be the first person I call!
After having an HVAC leak, I couldn’t be happier with the Restoritech water damage services at my Ceder Creek lake house. They responded quickly over the weekend, and kept me updated throughout the process. Highly recommend for reliable, efficient service!
