Ashley is a amazing worker. She has always Catered to my anxiety & physical issues. She is diligent and has fixed my issues with other staff that didn't write notes as I had a baby and couldn't have lazer afterwards.I have experienced with your company that I have been attending for roughly 10 years. I have been a loyal client of Results laser clinic in Shellharbour. Due to recent changes in staff , I have had a very poor experience as I was not able to use up my credit due to several miscommunications and policies. Kindly think wisely before investing your valuable money as you might loose it without any reminder notices or email.
They left a scar on my face after a treatment.The first lady i dealt was trying to tell me im an idiot and i dont know what im talking about and that it was impossible for them to have done that. But if you go over a spot too much with needling it will obviously damage the skin, im not silly. Another lady asked me to provide proof and they would fix it. I provided proof and got ignored. When I tried to call i could never get through. Gave up and have to look at what they did every day.
