They left a scar on my face after a treatment.The first lady i dealt was trying to tell me im an idiot and i dont know what im talking about and that it was impossible for them to have done that. But if you go over a spot too much with needling it will obviously damage the skin, im not silly. Another lady asked me to provide proof and they would fix it. I provided proof and got ignored. When I tried to call i could never get through. Gave up and have to look at what they did every day.
Ashley is a amazing worker. She has always Catered to my anxiety & physical issues. She is diligent and has fixed my issues with other staff that didn't write notes as I had a baby and couldn't have lazer afterwards.I have experienced with your company that I have been attending for roughly 10 years. She advised me she is leaving this seems to be a consistent issue with staff leaving, I believe management need to take a long hard look into why they are loosing good staff.
