Disappointing Experience I’ve been a loyal customer for 14 years, and until recently, I was always satisfied with the service. However, my most recent experience was extremely disappointing. The laser treatment didn’t work this time, which has never been an issue in the past. On top of that, the customer service was terrible. I reached out multiple times for assistance and even contacted the head office, but no one ever called me back. This level of disregard for a long-standing customer is unacceptable.
