Results laser clinic scams customers by getting them to bulk purchase packages that expire but don’t tell customers they expire. For example, I booked a package, the lady said “oh book two, they’re half price” so I did. My appointments are 7weeks apart, I go to the first one, all good, no issues. Turn up another 7weeks after that for the next appointment and they say “$60 please”. Wait what, I had a package booked ages ago. Life changer for me. With weight n age not on my side at present, not having to shave is a godsend. Looks like it’s only yearly now. Why didn’t I do this years ago??? Disappointing Experience I’ve been a loyal customer for 14 years, and until recently, I was always satisfied with the service. However, my most recent experience was extremely disappointing. The laser treatment didn’t work this time, which has never been an issue in the past. On top of that, the customer service was terrible. The girls at both Shellharbour and Wollongong stores are so wonderful and accommodating. I have been doing laser since 2020 and I feel supported and taken care of in each and every session. Jeyda is so great and her warmth and confidence in ensuring I am comfortable and relaxed makes me look forward to my sessions 😊
