Welcoming and customer service great it puts my nerves to ease as I’m not use to getting laser. Quick fast precise service absolutely professional. I had Tatiana and she made me feel comfortable and at ease.
i prepaid 12 laser sessions here and was no informed i had 1 year to use them, then i have gone to rebook and they told me i’ve lost 6 sessions because i haven’t used them in a 1 year time frame. i was no told about this nor did anyone call me or email me to say they were expiring. it’s pretty unfair and poor service that you pay all this money and they don’t give you notice or email you letting you know they are expiring then just take your money? at the end of the day i’ve paid for a 6 services and you have just made $200 ... read more
This is the only laser clinic I would go to. The business is great and its all attributed to the manager Tatjana, who is amazing. She has helped me with a couple of tricky situations for treatment and goes over and beyond - very rare to see that kind of customer care. Thank you Tatjana :)
Results laser clinic scams customers by getting them to bulk purchase packages that expire but don’t tell customers they expire. For example, I booked a package, the lady said “oh book two, they’re half price” so I did. My appointments are 7weeks apart, I go to the first one, all good, no issues. Turn up another 7weeks after that for the next appointment and they say “$60 please”. Wait what, I had a package booked ages ago. Life changer for me. With weight n age not on my side at present, not having to shave is a godsend. Looks like it’s not often now. Why didn’t I do this years ago???
