Had a great experience yesterday. Emily looked after me and she was honestly amazing made the whole session really comfortable. Definitely recommend her.
They left a scar on my face after a treatment.The first lady i dealt was trying to tell me im an idiot and i dont know what im talking about and that it was impossible for them to have done that. But if you go over a spot too much with needling it will obviously damage the skin, im not silly. Another lady asked me to provide proof and they would fix it. I provided proof and got ignored. When I tried to call i could never get through. Gave up and have to look at what they did every day.
