I’ve been really happy living at the Reva thus far. The finishes in the building are top-notch and modern. Everything feels upscale and well thought out. The unit layouts are smart too. They flow nicely and let in tons of natural light with the big windows. Getting in and out is super easy. There are plenty of elevators so it’s quick even during busy times like morning rush hour. * Update to my review: we now have a serious pest control issue at this complex. I have spotted two large cockroaches in my apartment, constant flies and managements response to this was that it’s too late for them to do anything about it, with it being just before 10pm. With the rent prices they charge us, imagine that negligent response! I want to echo what others have already shared about living in this community. I recently moved from The Grace to The Reva, and while the transition was bittersweet, The Reva offered the exact unit I wanted with an incredible view and balcony. I’ll always miss living at The Grace; the beautiful design, spotless building and elevators, and that luxurious feel were unmatched. As a new resident who moved in about 2 months ago, I want to commend the great maintenance team, particularly Ti and Mauro. Their professionalism and helpfulness have made a significant difference in my living experience. Ti has been incredibly informative and helpful.
