The office staff was very pleasant and professional. They follow the Covid guidelines and I did not feel uncomfortable in anyway going into their office. I loved Dr. JoAnn Richichi. She explains everything in detail and made me feel at ease. The whole procedure was painless and was on my way out the door without any discomfort! I highly recommend this office❣️

Everyone has always been very pleasant here. And I think more so now. My wait time was very reasonable. I sat in the hallway while waiting. That one thing helped to make me feel safer during this trying time. The segregation of “clean” and “dirty” pens was also a great touch. I started Revitalife about 2 1/2 years ago. I can honestly say I was very desperate for some relief...I jumped right in and got Pellet therapy And still continue to this day... I cannot say enough about Dr. Richicci and her AWESOME staff. They are patient, kind and always respond quickly with any questions. To this day I try to refer any of my girlfriends who are suffering. I’m very grateful.!
The Staff and especially, NP Rosalin, were highly professional but personable!! My consultation with NP Ros helped me understand what changes my body were going through and reassured me that I was NOT losing my mind! The consultation helped put me on a plan that proved to give me my life back! I'm so grateful and elated that I no longer have to suffer in silence with my menopause. NP Rosalin and Dr. Richichi are a God send!
