Absolutely a great place. They treat you with respect and dignity and validate what you are going through and feeling. They are honest with you and don’t recommend if they feel it’s not the right time or more research is needed. Staff is polite, relatable, funny and down to earth. I saw Rosalin Thompson, NP. What a great experience! I only wish I knew about this possibly sooner. Rosalind, NP is one of the most compassionate, informative and patient practitioner I have had the pleasure to see in my 51 yrs. The entire staff are warm and welcoming. I had been suffering for years and if I knew that I could get a pellet painlessly implanted every 3 months.. I've been going here for about 4 years. It's always difficult to get appts, to have calls returned and questions answered. I kept going because I didn't think I had other options. I finally decided to put in the effort to find someplace else and discovered I do have choices. I hope my new office will listen to me, familiarize themselves with my chart before I come in, answer questions and generally keep me informed.
Dr. Richchi herself may be an amazing doctor, but her staff can be her downfall. i should of trusted my gut feeling when i left the 1 & only appt I had with Roz. I don't know if it was a communication issue or what, as I am someone who has more than a basic knowledge of healthcare and keep myself informed, but it was rough. i left a msg last week over a concern i was having - no call back. left another msg yesterday, did receive a call back, and proceeded to have words w both the nurse and Roz. the nurse actually said to me ... read more
I’ve been a patient with Revital Life for over 7 yrs and I truly love the whole office experience. I travel from Baltimore because I truly trust Dr. Roslyn with my health care concerns etc. I really do appreciate her enthusiasm, professionalism and expertise as my healthcare provider.
