RecommendedI am SO lucky to have found Kelsey!! I had to stop getting lashes due to allergic reactions. Because Dawn is a licensed nurse practitioner she can prescribe a steroid cream for me to use ahead of my appt. Now I have NO issues at all!!! No more allergic reactions!!! Kelsey is also the best for Dermaplane too.
