Rachel had several chances to make me a customer, her waxes always had to be fixed. Then to call me and ask me to leave my current brow person was a shock, I didn't think it was very ethical to try to steal someone else's livelihood. Not good business.

To address your other concern, Rachel contacted her personal clients to inform them she had moved to our facility. If she inadvertently contacted you I'm sorry. As a spa in the service industry, we have respect for other people's clientele and do not take those allegations lightly. I think that my other reviews will speak to the quality of both our services and our character.
