I’d been to 3 other hearing aid sellers, and bought several over the counter. I was not pleased with any of them, and didn’t have much hope for this place. I was very surprised, here. They are good‼️not cheap, but worth it. For the first time in years I have good hearing. Many thanks‼️
This was my first visit but definitely won’t be my last. The Audiologist, Callie Wetzel did a great job. She was knowledgeable, kind and very capable. She programmed my hearing aids and gave me an examination.
I was nervous about my hearing test because I am 77 and not tech-savvy. However, the representatives were extremely patient and did an excellent job of explaining everything to me. The problem I have is one of clarity rather than hearing. I was told that I might not hear that clearly for the first three days. This has not been the case. The hearing aids are wonderful. Turns out I'm not really ready for hearing aids, so I decided to turn mine back in. Thanks to the 60 day guarantee, that's allowed. Callie and the gang were SO NICE to me, I felt I needed to say something good about them here for all the trouble they went to making me happy. I had been having trouble with my ears stopped up. Upon waking I could barely hear. It was as if was in constant high altitude from a plane ride. I hadn’t ever experienced or had trouble with excessive wax but assumed that’s what it was. I began to experience a very subtle/pain in my ears, so needed to have them looked at as soon as possible.
