Everything was great. Chad made sure we understood the whole process. Looking forward to going back to see Chad. We received our hearings aids. We can’t believe the sounds we have been missing. Went back today for an adjustment and as usual Chad was great!

I received my hearing aids three days ago and I love the difference they make without me feeling like my ears are plugged. I don't get all the noise amplified, only the decibel levels I am missing. Thumbs up!
Very unhappy. Went in to get new rechargeable batteries for my hearing aids. Instead, I was forced to buy new hearing aids that were far inferior to my previous ones - no environment or volume adjustments. Pretty much useless. Won't be going back to this location again.
