Mike Hetrick is fantastic! You’re not rushed, he answers your questions and he explains everything to you in layman’s terms. And he has a great sense of humor! I’ve known for many years that I’ve needed hearing aids but kept putting it off. I am so elated now that I don’t have to constantly ask people to repeat themselves.
