My dad has not received his hearing aids yet but so far we have had a very good experience with Revolution Hearing. We worked with Chad and he was not only pleasant to work with, he was also very patient and knowledgeable. He did several tests to find the best hearing aid for my dad who has profound hearing loss. My dad is very much looking forward to trying out his new hearing aids!
Chad always takes the time to make sure I am totally satisfied before I leave. His knowledge of the product and answering any questions or concerns I may have. Very professional with a friendly manner is the reason I have been doing business with him for almost 15 years and will continue to do so.
Chad was helpful and professional with the fitting of my trial hearing aids. We discussed some potential concerns. After 3 weeks of testing I decided that the marginally improved hearing was not worth the cost and returned them. Again, Chad was helpful, suggesting other possibilities for me, but I said thanks but no thanks. He promptly began processing the return.
Chad Huffman is a gentleman with high ethical standards. He fitted me with hearing aids that have improved my hearing at least by 70%. I appreciatef the quality of their product. Chad has been my certified hearing instrument specialist for 17 yesrs. He has never failed to show concern for my welfare.
