When I first went in I felt that I was listened to, as someone who has a unique set of hearing difficulties. They worked diligently to troubleshoot the fact that my hearing aids were not Bluetoothing to my phone. I have been able to switch back and forth to different office venues corresponding to where I work or where I live for convenience.
Well,to begin with, I purchased a set of hearing aids and ended up with their premium package with worked the best for my hearing. I really like their option to be able to adjust aids to my specific needs.But as you might suspect problems developed which where more related to personal and the ability to get service for my hearing aids. Revolution Hearing is undergoing changes. So far we are having a positive experience with the new changes. had some frustration before getting responses and delay in ordering. That is improving and we hope it will continue to do so!
Waited 4 weeks.Finally was told to come by today without an apt.First time at 11 i waited 15 min and had leave for another apt in Harrisonburg.Went back at 2:30.Wr full.3 folks said they Apts at 3 so I knew I would have to wait.I finally asked the lady when I could get an apt.First of Nov.I felt my frustration growing and told not during hunting season.I left.I worked in a job for 38 years that 1 of first things I was taught was customer service with a smile.I didn't get that today.I expect better!!
Very helpful with the fact that I had waited 5 weeks for my hearing aids to be repaired, because I was leaving for a 2 week vacation on the 12th, but when I went to pick them up, we found out they weren't repaired. She offered to send them out overnight and have them sent back to her by this Thursday, so I can pick them up before I leave. Her help was over and above, but it's the company I'm disappointed with Thank you, Richard Takacs
