Hearing specialist, John Schaeffer, is excellent. Just a few tweaks with my Phonak Audéo Life Lumity PL90-RT and I'm good to go. Thank you Revolution Hearing and especially thank you, John!
Made an appointment weeks ago for 10AM today, Tuesday. Drove an hour one way and 10 minutes before my appointment they called me to cancel saying they have no provider available. Are you kidding me, you didn’t know this until 10 minutes before my appointment? I figure I drove 120 miles and wasted over 2 hours of my life. That’s $16 gas, and $50 for my wasted 2 hours. My bill to you comes to $66. Please reimburse me at: PO Box 310 Washington, VA 22747
$6000 hearing aids do not work well. But we understand that they're aids, not cures. The problem with this outfit is that different audiologists prescribe different things. And NO ONE will ever answer the phone. The 1-800 number is disconnected and the local Charlottesville number rolls over to hold music and no one ever picks up. The service is truly horrible, both in person and by phone. One staff member will tell you that he cannot fathom why another staff member did X or Y. Highly recommend avoiding this company.
First of all, always able to reach Revolution by phone. Appt scheduled quickly, w/in a week or 2 of the initial call. Connie friendly, personable yet professional, thorough. She took the time to research the best device for my problem (we're all different, aren't we?). Hearing aids ordered and delivered quickly. She took the time to review the hearing aids thoroughly, made sure I understood how they worked, gave me resources and good advice. I feel she cared and wanted the best for me. What more can you ask for?
It was clear from the first meeting that Connie Davis was committed to ensuring that I get the right hearing aids for my rather profound hearing loss. She guided me through the whole process and wouldn’t let me settle for less than the best aids to meet my needs. She was patient and knowledgeable as I tried multiple options before finding the right ones.
