I love the fact that office is quietly set up. Its like sitting in the special living room at Grandma's house. Soft and comfortable chairs and couch. Not those stiff hard back chairs in a semi lit room like other Drs office over crowded with people. Jennifer is awesome 🤗 she knows her job very well. Our experience at this office was excellent. Everything was carefully explained to us. My mom was tested and shown graphs of her hearing levels. Once her devices came a week later we returned and received her wonderful pair and they've not departed ways. I will say that things have been quieter in the home these days.
The agent, Jennifer, was great to work with. She explained the use of my hearing aids, how to clean them and offered additional help as needed. She even came ro my house for the fitting, which was very convenient and spent as much time as needed in explaining and firting my hearing aids. Jennifer was great!
Outstanding service. My mother is 89 and incredibly difficult. Jennifer was patient and efficient in dealing with her. She absolutely loves her new hearing aides. Highly recommend them.
About a month ago I had the pleasure of meeting Jennifer at the Colonial Heights office. I was referred there by my sister. I must say it was a great experience. I did not have a hard time booking my appointment. The front desk receptionist is very nice and he is helpful. After my hearing aids came back Jennifer programmed them for my hearing. I thought I was straight until I left her office and started having a minor issue with the hearing aids. No matter how many times I called and was seen I was always treated very well.... read more
