I have been bringing my kids to the many doctors at Rexburg Medical for several years and I have truly never had a negative experience. The doctors are all very attentive and kind and listen to your concerns with empathy. I am not usually one to leave reviews, but I had an experience today that really made me want to. My 4 year-old son is autistic and has a really hard time with doctor’s appointments. Dr Corey is a great doctor who cares about his patients. I have gone to many places where all the doctor wants is to kick you out as soon as possible. They don't even listen to you at all to begin with. They rush the whole thing and move on. Dr Corey doesn't act that way, he spends the time, listens to your concerns and treats you according to the medical facts, while showing compassion at the same time. Do NOT go see Colby Brower. After being told I needed to come in after talking to a nurse about a possible miscarriage. They told me they couldn’t do anything and to go home and wait it out because I was FOR SURE having a miscarriage and to not go to the hospital because it wasn’t a big enough deal for them to get me an ultrasound sound after That I was able to get into see my regular doctor the following Monday and I found out He gave me wrong information and had no idea what he was talking about. I walked into Madison Clinic with no appointment because my regular doctor was booked out. The receptionist was friendly and quick. I got to see a nurse within 2 minutes of checking in. The nurse was friendly and asked lots of questions then took me to a room to see a Dr. Doctor was very kind, compassionate and caring and told me I could call her if I wasn't feeling better soon. Another nurse came in and drew my blood and was very bubbly and friendly Overall great experience and a very clean clinic. Will go back.
I have had the best experience at this clinic. I just had my first baby in August. I saw Dr. Watson the entire time that I was pregnant and everything went smooth. When I was induced it was a really rough pregnancy and I was in labor for 24 hours. Dr Watson was there the whole time checking on me and making sure I was doing well. My son eventually had to go into the NICU for 4 days because of the rough labor. Dr Watson checked on both of us a couple times a day to make sure we were both doing good.
