We just boarded our dog Remy for more than three weeks at Reynolds Dog Resort @ the West Linn location. As a result of that recent and stellar experience, Reynolds has our highest recommendation. We feel confident that staff took the best & most compassionate care of our dog possible, and we will always board our dog at Reynolds going forward. I am beyond impressed with how organized and friendly the staff is at Reynolds. They also took time to text me updates on how my pup was handling her first day at doggie daycare, and when I picked her up, she was very happy and excited. She also happened to be there on her third birthday, and the staff signed a card for her and took the cutest birthday picture of her! I highly recommend this place, and feel very reassured that she is in the best hands at Reynolds!
Our dog, Moose, is a regular here and visits a few times a week in most cases. The staff is awesome and Moose loves visiting the people and resort. We’ve had such great service and our dog comes home well exercised, happy, and tired. I also really appreciate that our dog doesn’t come home smelling terrible. My mom and I have been clients of reynolds for years with 2 labs. Ted was a regular for many years for day care (which he always had a GREAT time at) and sadly when he passed a year ago Reynolds sent us flowers to mourn the loss of our precious baby. A few months later we brought Benny home and he just got back from his first overnight there and as expected he had a fabulous time. Our standard poodle Clifford always has a great time at Reynolds Dog Resort for boarding and daycare. It’s a relief to have a place where we know he’s safe and having fun while we’re out of town. I highly recommend Reynolds!
