When I was there a month or so ago I asked if I had a balance was told no so when I came in June it had doubled the explanation I got what that new people are being trained so it was an older person that been working there since I've been going there and she was the one that told me I had no balance I asked if they were sure I think you should be more careful than that then when I went back and they could not find my vein I was poked five times I don't blame the young lady she went and asked for help couldn't get any she was... read more
This is hands down the best experience I have ever had with a doctor! Every single person I came in contact with was friendly and helpful!! They really made me feel seen and like they wanted me to be there!!
I’ve had nothing but good experiences. The staff are great. Jeremy is wonderful, you can tell he really cares about the people he treats. He is the one who took care of my anemia, I have been Anemic all my life.
The staff for the most part is friendly. I understand people that come here have serious things going on. Appointment slots should be made longer for patients instead of trying to put numerous patients in the schedule then having them wait for hours to be seen. I understand the dr’s see a lot of patients but my daughter should not have to start from the beginning of what’s wrong with her, what tests were done what meds have you tried, etc… I know that rheumatologist are scarce but other things can be done I believe. Honestly, I have never received such incredible one-on-one care from a physician in my life. When a patient has complex, chronic issues, it takes a lot of time and tenacity, and especially care and caring to solve the puzzle. NP Jeremy Morgan and his assistant were tenacious in digging to the root of the issue, and provided me with hope that my condition was treatable for the first time in a very, very long time. That kind of treatment and care is invaluable, and I cannot express my gratitude enough.
