I really like the medical staff. They take their time with you and explain everything. The only weakness is the phone . I leave messages and get no return. I’ve been assured they are diligently working to improve that. Otherwise, I’m pleased.
I’ve had nothing but good experiences. The staff are great. Jeremy is wonderful, you can tell he really cares about the people he treats. He is the one who took care of my anemia, I have been Anemic all my life.
I love this office! So professional from the call to set up the apt to meeting the Doctor. I felt heard and seen and that meant so much. So excited to be working with them.
The staff for the most part is friendly. I understand people that come here have serious things going on. Appointment slots should be made longer for patients instead of trying to put numerous patients in the schedule then having them wait for hours to be seen. I understand the dr’s see a lot of patients but my daughter should not have to start from the beginning of what’s wrong with her, what tests were done what meds have you tried, etc… I know that rheumatologist are scarce but other things can be done I believe. Rheumatic Diseases Clinic of Oklahoma diagnosed me with a rare autoimmune disease that was missed at a big institution. I was placed on a treatment plan that has helped me considerably. I receive infusions there as well which makes treatment very convenient. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.
