Very clean units, love the fact that I know my stuff will be safe and secure. The lady I spoke with was very nice and helpful. Highly recommend this storage unit.
My daughter is a student at Marietta College and we stored a portion of her belongings here so we didn’t have to take them back and forth since we live over an hour away. Got a call that our storage unit did not have a lock on it when the employees did a check on units. (We had placed a lock on it). Employees put a lock on the unit until we could get there the next day. My daughter’s belongings were ransacked and things were broken. A window air conditioner was stolen. Simple, effective, and straightforward. Check in went incredibly smoothly, did it all online and over the phone. I needed some assistance with forms, and Carol consistently emailed back within just a few minutes of me pressing the send button. Only drawback is that you can't store food of any kind in there, even individually packaged snacks and such. Will likely be using them again in the future. Thanks!
