Elise was so helpful and friendly when renting my storage unit. She took me to the unit and showed me what it would look like and explained the entire process of renting. I was able to buy a lock, view the unit, and finish everything within 15 minutes! She made it super quick and easy which is what I needed during this busy time in my life! :)
I've been with this unit for quite a while now and the staff is amazing Majester is one of the most amazing helpful friendly make you feel like a human being gentleman I have ever came across honestly and so isn't everybody else there. I have been going through the roughest time midlife crisis and with holidays and a couple of family members passing away and losing jobs and going through a bad divorce my unit had gotten pretty far behind and they continue to keep giving me the time to be able to pay it and it got up to you... read more
Truly a great trustworthy place. Staff works with you and has great communication. They are not money hungry and will work with you on fees and other things to make your experience great. I recommend them 100%!
Elise made booking a unit for my daughter who goes to college in WV so easy. I’m in TN and she was wonderful and helpful. I had called 3 others places with no luck of getting a call back and Elise answered the phone quickly and helped get a unit booked.
Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. It was nice that I was shown my unit, how to operate latch and I was able to put the lock on it. I didn’t bring a lock but they had them available. I will definitely recommend them to others. Great business and prices.
