My experience with Mini Mall Storage in comparison to the previous Rhino Storage is a mixed bag. Although it can be difficult at times to connect to a representative from Mini Mall, but when you do, they are very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Specifically a fellow by the name of Majester. I may have the spelling of his name wrong, but that guy is top notch. I can not say enough about him. The company probably isn't paying him enough. My complaint is two fold. Alex was a great help in finding the perfect storage unit for my ATV. The price was very fair, these guys have been the best and most helpful in Morgantown. I highly suggest that you use this company to store your needs thanks again Alex!!!
I had rented from the company for 5 years. They sold out to minimall. They are the worst company every. They started charging extra fees. They now charge $50 more fees than the actual rent. I have 3 buildings and I am done with them. I am moving everything out by the 1 st of the month. People who rent from them better check those extra fees they charge
We’ve rented units at this site for 2 years and had no issues. Mini Mall recently purchased it from Rhino. Our gate code which has worked for 2 years stopped working. We were enrolled in auto pay with Rhino and now Mini Mall is charging late fees when we were sent emails that auto pay would transfer. Do Not rent a unit at this site. No one answers the phones and no issues are ever resolved. We are leaving this site to store with a local business.
This place is just adding fee after fee. A year ago one unit was $113, now it is $167. They are finding every way they can to squeeze more money out of people. Don’t rent here, some really awful people in this new ownership group.
