My name is Traey Dowler. I got a storage unit from mini mall. They were extremely helpful and very efficient. 10/10 would recommend if anyone needs a storage unit. Tim helped me out. He was friendly and accommodating in helping me get a unit.
I would rate this greedy company in the NEGATIVE . I am 2days late on my payment and they have locked me out. Forget the holidays holding my check up. Forget my work equipment being inside the gate. And forget the fact that I have never been locked out of the unit for several years. Nothing matters but owner satisfaction, forget customer satisfaction. I called. Brandi Was Stunning At Performance & Guest Satisfaction. No Problem She Couldnt Solve , & Great Teamwork to all the crew.
Nope. The place is a total money grab. Firstly, they charge too much for all of their units. Way too much. After they focus on sucking you in by offering a lower price for the first month, you'll quickly discover multiple additional fees. To top it off, they force you to take out their insurance or if you have your own rental insurance, you can enter it. Know that is a privacy breach.
