Where to begin. I was working with Rich for over 8+ months. He provided property analysis's for me even when they were tedious and never complained about it. Rich McGowan and Maverick Funding did a great job from start to finish. We were preapproved with a letter to our realtor within six hours and then got a commitment in four days. Whenever we had a question, Rich responded at all hours of the day and night… and even on the weekends. Our attorney’s paralegal made a point that Maverick Funding made her job so much easier. As first time home buyers Mr. McGowan held our hand through an experience that had many hurdles. He explained things patiently and thoroughly. At one point we thought all was lost as we needed IRS transcripts which we were told would take 4 to 6 weeks. Mr. McGowan at that point hurried us into his car and drove us to an IRS walk-in center. We had the transcripts within an hour and a half. He truly saved the day and we got the house that we wanted as a result. We can’t thank him enough.
