I was very pleased with my initial video appointment with Richard Carey. He was very professional yet warm. We went over my current and past issues with depression and bipolar and my treatment and medication history. He was very knowledgeable about more recent medications and we tweaked my current medications. I’ve booked a follow up appointment with him.
I was seeing Richard Carey about 5 years ago, he was the best medical profession I've ever had. I would look forward to my appointments with Richard Carey. I don't know what else I can say but he helped me in ways I didn't even realize until much later. Anyways thank you to Richard Carey and all of the staff in the office.
The telehealth feature is great! I don’t have to sit in a waiting room with others during flu, rsv and covid season. It is convenient; I do not lose a lot of work time. Easy to use through app. Scripts are sent right away. Rich is knowledgeable and personable. I have no complaints.
Had my first intake with Rich. From the get go he was so easy to talk to. I have anxiety and find it hard making phone calls and tend to just spill everything to make things less awkward for myself. He listened the whole time and contributed to the conversation when I needed him to. I haven’t had high hopes for help and and was giving up hope. He made me feel very comfortable and that I was finally back in capable hands to hopefully bettering myself and my life. Thank you so much!
Easy to write a new prescription for the slightest mentioning of a problem. Doesn’t know his proper drug doses or interactions and needs his nursing license taken away. Don’t waste your time, money or most importantly your health with Richard Carey.
