I have had 2 implants he has done for me. This is the third one. He is a rather quick with his answering your questions. He tells you what he is doing while he is doing it. He works well with my dentist. He tells me what he sees and What he thinks should be done. He told me he was not trying to sell more implants. He has always resolved my issues that other surgeons have just kept adding procedures. Been to Dr Paul for several extractions over the years. I was seen on time. He explains procedure every step of the way. He & his staff are excellent. I am willing to travel to see him. I have never had pain. during procedure.
Went yesterday to have an extraction. The staff was great. I have bad anxiety and PTSD from a horrible experience. I asked to premedication so do not go into a panic attack. He said no, I asked him to give a minute, he got upset. I told him I was not fully numb because I felt the tip of one of instruments . He got upset. Dr Paul cut out a broken tooth, but put pressure on the tooth beside it causing pain for several weeks. The office does not file certain kinds of insurance, nor do they help the patient file.
I spent 8 months in and out of this mans office with 4 surgeries. The very first visit I had with him I didn’t like him because of his demeanor. When you try to ask questions, he’s in a hurry to get out of the room and acts like you should should already know the answer to what your asking. At the end of each of my 4 surgeries where I had been put to sleep, he NEVER spoke to me afterwards. He’s rude, he has a God’s complex and Little Man Syndrome as he is only about 5’2”. Find another Dr.
