Honestly, it all ended up feeling like a scam. -- I made an appointment online, the benefit seemed that they had a nearby office and a decent amount of onsite therapists. In reality, my first therapist appointment was going to an empty office, no secretary- I waited, I got a call that was to explain that if i didn't attend my appointment that'd cost me a penalty fee - I explained I was in the lobby and had been waiting for 5min with no attendee -- they sorted out that the receptionist was in a meeting and had missed me - I ... read more
