Nicholas Salazar was efficient, courteous, professional and had great follow-through. If he did not know something he got the answer and responded quickly. Nicholas was helpful in answering all our questions and getting us home owners insurance with Nationwide which was greatly appreciated. Jackie in the office was friendly and helpful as well.
