I have enjoyed living at Richmond Oaks Apartments for over 8 years. It has been a safe, clean and friendly home that I hope to experience for years to come. There have been many improvements and enhancements made recently, including a very nice clubhouse renovation, beautification of the outdoor swimming pool, exterior painting and wood replacement, to name a few. I have lived at Richmond Oaks for over a year, and I have absolutely loved it. The apartments stay clean and are well taken care of. The staff is always available to help when needed. My neighbors are friendly and quiet, making living here feel really safe and comfortable. Great for families!
We have lived here since 2015. I can write about the awesome staff and rapid maintenance response. However, you’ve read that already. I’ve been so greatly pleased at how the property is kept so clean year after year. I live here. It’s wonderful to have guests that offer their compliments about “my home”. The other factor that pleases me so well is that I have seen law enforcement make an official visit only one time. This is such a quite and respectful community.
