The experience I’ve just had with Stoneridge Decks and Outdoor Living has been nothing short of outstanding! With one caveat we enjoyed using Stoneridge Decks & Outdoor Living for our project. Being in the Lynchburg area of VA we are the furthest job they have done which might have complicated things a little bit. However, I will say that Steven and Pedro were great to work with. Pedro and his team did an amazing job, and Steven walked us through every step even saving us money as he reworked some of our design elements that we agreed to with the salesman. I had a great experience with Stoneridge Outdoor with my sun room build. They worked with me on pricing, politely and very professionally kept in touch with me during my bid process and the construction started on time, finished on time and I love the work they did. I enthusiastically recommend them!

The deck construction was great however a year later and our railing has come apart. I have called numerous time for someone to come fix. I have called numerous times and no one has called back to even schedule. They keep stating they are leaving messages for”Steve”. I feel bad because we highly recommend them and our neighbor used them.
