Day after Thanksgiving I’m traveling to AZ and my Sprinter starts lagging- 4 place’s wouldn’t’ touch it’s. Rick’s diagnosed the problem ordered the part and got me back on the road. Springfield is a great city with welcoming people. Thanks Rick’s!

I first started by price shopping tires and alignment. Rick's beat out all the usual suspects and made an appointment for the next day. I arrived early and anticipated a fairly long wait and had planned to walk over to Bass Pro but their waiting room was so pleasant I just stayed there. Good coffee, comfortable seating made for a good experience. very good customer service, took my only car in this morning, they had the problem diagnosed within an hour and repaired in 4 hours at a very reasonable rate.. would recomend for all to try for there auto needs, thank you
