Good luck getting a human being. Ive left vm on several different extensions. My mother has too. They dont care about customers. If you got something of theirs you might as well sell it. The 1 person who did answer their phone is on leave until god only knows when. Don't let your drs or caregivers go thru this company. There are better ones who actually care about you.
They brought a wheel chair that did not lock on one side. I was told they would fix it. That NEVER happened. Later, a couple weeks or more, they brought a very hard uncomfortable thing to sit on, in the wheelchair, that I never wanted or used, and when he brought that, I asked about the brake on the wheel chair and he said he was to busy then, but would come back to fix it. Do not use them! The staff doesn’t know what they’re doing and will charge you a full month even thoug I got last two days before end of month! Make sure your insurance is on their preferred provider otherwise they charge you way more money.
Worst customer service ever. Been trying to get a wheelchair for 9 months. Never return calls, always some excuse why it hasnt happened yet. Just watched their van drive past our house, didnt bother to stop and say anything.... Best advice, go somewhere else...
We were told the chair would be delivered yesterday sometime after 10am. Never got a better time period nor did we get the chair. When my aunt called she was told he did not have anyone to help with the delivery, it took them awhile to even find the paperwork. All day today she has tried to call and no one is answering or returning her calls. They dont know what they are doing nor are they organized. Some time after 10am to get your order but can't get a better delivery time so they expect you to sit around waiting for them ... read more
