I had a great experience at Ridgepoint dental! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Dr Shallu was very professional and made sure that I clearly understood everything. I really appreciated how comfortable the whole visit was. If you’re looking for a reliable and caring dental office, I would definitely recommend them!
My experience at Ridgepoint was outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a front desk staff that was not only welcoming and friendly but also knowledgeable—a great first impression. The dentists were incredibly thorough, taking the time to clearly articulate my diagnosis and a resolution plan, all while making sure I felt no pressure.
Dr. Carter is a fantastic young dentist…knowledgeable, gentle, and truly caring. His staff is equally wonderful: friendly, professional, and always making sure patients feel comfortable and at ease. I highly recommend their office for anyone looking for excellent dental care with a personal touch!
I have been going to Ridgepoint Dental in Keller due to its proximity to my job and at the recommendation of my colleagues. The staff there have always been kind and accommodating and have created care plans for me that have helped me maintain good dental health and cost effective. They are on top of their game with scheduling and follow-up and I am delighted that they offer Saturday service now.
Going to the Dentist can be a nerve wracking experience; however, from my first phone call to my treatment, the staff presented with much care and concern for my issues. They were personable and explained every step of my process and that was appreciated! Although I have more work to be done, I feel confident that Dr. Shallu, Melissa, Sue, Mari and Gloria will take good care of me!! 🙏🏽❤️🙌🏽🙏🏽
