If you're looking for a quiet apartment, I would not recommend living here--especially if you're not on the top floor. While the building is relatively new, the construction quality has been disappointing. The walls and floors seem very thin, and noise from neighboring units carries easily. There have also been several maintenance and operational issues during my time here, including flooding, a malfunctioning garage door, and recurring problems with the package lockers.
