Items were well packaged and arrived in good condition. The shipment was slightly delayed due to the items being out of stock, but this was communicated by Rigging Warehouse within 24 hours of placing my order.

Only reason not a 5 star, is that Rigging Warehouse did not stock the item I needed,(1" round thimble). So I ordered smaller size. Otherwise, ordering was easy, turnaround time satisfactory, and I received the item I ordered.
