I needed an eye bolt that I couldn't find in my local brick and mortar store. It was a very small order, but was a good price and shipping was fast.
Great customer service, i called and spoke with a lady regarding shipment and payment, she was well trained extremely polite, and amazing to deal with unfortunately i didnt catch her name, that being said i will always consider giving business to the rigging warehouse first , before i deal with any local suppliers

Very fast service. When they were out of one piece of hardware, they reached out by phone within minutes and were able to offer alternatives. Really helped, as if they’d had not called me, it would have been another day before I discovered the problem and revised my order.
Rigging Warehouse is the only place I've found proper window sash-cord for restoration work. Prompt and reasonably priced.
