Yesterday, Right Now Heating and Air Conditioning installed both a heater and air conditioner at 1926 Hampton Way, Twin Falls, ID 83301. They were very prompt in arriving at our location. We live in a Town-home and with that there were several challenges. After a careful evaluation we decided on a plan. The two installers were alway courteous and respectful. Reached out to Right Now for an annual tune up of our A/C. We also had a concern regarding a noise when our furnace was kicking on. Eduardo was our tech and he arrived within the provided time frame. I explained to him the noise heard from the unit and he explained what he would be doing to troubleshoot and clean said unit. Within 30 min, he had found the minor issue causing the noise and he proceeded with the remaining tune up services.
