Yesterday, Right Now Heating and Air Conditioning installed both a heater and air conditioner at 1926 Hampton Way, Twin Falls, ID 83301. They were very prompt in arriving at our location. We live in a Town-home and with that there were several challenges. After a careful evaluation we decided on a plan. The two installers were alway courteous and respectful. Reached out to Right Now for an annual tune up of our A/C. We also had a concern regarding a noise when our furnace was kicking on. Eduardo was our tech and he arrived within the provided time frame. I explained to him the noise heard from the unit and he explained what he would be doing to troubleshoot and clean said unit. Within 30 min, he had found the minor issue causing the noise and he proceeded with the remaining tune up services. How about posting negative reviews? Like how the technician that came out to my house was completely unprepared. How he had a 15 ft hose to wash out my air conditioner. How he couldn't do my water heater drain because it has a plastic nozzle on it which is standard out of the box. Paper says he applied a weather resistant protective coating to outdoor unit and he did not. He didn't even look at the air filter guarantee it's dirty hasn't been changed in over a month. Just had Taylor Rogers here to look at our HVAC. He was very nice and professional. Checked everything out and showed us a video of how great everything looked. No repairs needed. This outfit runs hot and cold! Ya never know what your going to get. Last Friday they worked on my mother in-law place and provided good service. Today, they worked at my place for the same special price. The service was anything but special. Damaged my hot water heater, mis diagnosed my furnace and didn't even look at my heat pump. Don't think I will hire them again.
