Very welcoming staff! They were very attentive, showed us the units and were informative on the pricing. No hassle, we were in and out with our rental unit. Very fair pricing for a 10x20 unit, can’t say much but we recommend strongly to anyone looking for a unit in the high desert!

Everything started out ok. I’ve only used them 7 months. Then each month my rent has raised. Now some new lease agreement. If you’re late paying even 5-6 days they act like you kidnapped their firstborn child. Phone calls, text messages, emails…all daily. Jesus, relax will ya!
Tony was a great help, we had to deal with a delay in our transaction due to a computer/data problem on my phone. He assisted me in resolving it, while being courteous, as well as offering me something to drink. He is friendly, willing to answer my questions, and as I said, helpful.
