ZERO STARS! this place got broken into on Saturday night / early sunday morning… it’s Monday evening now and the gate is still wide open NOW robbers clipped the chain. Looting is continuing now. 10+ units were ripped open. STUFF IS THRON EVERYWHERE. staff and owners are handling it horrible. we have asked for security to guard the doors in the meantime and told “we can’t do that”. STAY AWAY from here!!! Robbery is continuing right now, no protect. a bunch of “we’ll send an email and escalate your concern”.

Tony was absolutely wonderful and helpful with everything. Show me the whole property and I asked way too many questions But he was willing to deal with me being overwhelming. Lol tony went above a beyond he job to help me.

I received great customer service from Tony. Greeted me right away and helped with finding my initial unit then switching to larger size storage. Easy going and made the first time and storing process extremely easy.

Tony has been very professional, polite, courteous and efficient. Cut the lock to my unit as I couldn’t find my keys quickly. In no time I had complete access to my unit.
