Amethyst and Tony were super awesome and friendly! They helped get me all set up and made the whole process really easy. The unit was clean, easy to find, and works perfectly for all my stuff. Thank you both for all the help!
ZERO STARS! this place got broken into on Saturday night / early sunday morning… it’s Monday evening now and the gate is still wide open NOW robbers clipped the chain. Looting is continuing now. 10+ units were ripped open. STUFF IS THRON EVERYWHERE. staff and owners are handling it horrible. we have asked for security to guard the doors in the meantime and told “we can’t do that”. STAY AWAY from here!!! Robbery is continuing right now, no protect. a bunch of “we’ll send an email and escalate your concern”.
Tony was absolutely wonderful and helpful with everything. Show me the whole property and I asked way too many questions But he was willing to deal with me being overwhelming. Lol tony went above a beyond he job to help me.
Tony has great customer service, showed me all around the property and showed me multiple different storage units. To make sure that I was happy with the one I received... He was very professional. And for the very first time at a storage unit place, I actually felt like as the customer i was important. Super Clean both inside and out. I will be moving my unit to here once my lease is up at the other location. Thank you Tony. You are a great person.
I received great customer service from Tony. Greeted me right away and helped with finding my initial unit then switching to larger size storage. Easy going and made the first time and storing process extremely easy.
