I only rented out a unit for a little over 2 months during Jan-March 2021. I ended up leaving sooner than I needed because my storage unit was broken into and over $1000 worth of my possessions were stolen. The overall response to that left me uneasy and I ended up moving out what remained of my items. I’m not very happy because they going to charge me more when I can’t afford it anymore because I’m broke no money I took my stuff out in the storage when I can’t afford to pay it anymore because I’m broke n they don’t understand but still they going to charge me storage when I don’t have my stuff at the storage anymore I even explain it to them they don’t care😡😡😡

Almost every couple of months your comp keeps hiring the rent us seniors on a fixed income can barely afford to pay these charges you should have discounts for seniors
