The BEST customer service. I showed up to the facility thinking I had made a reservation to rent a space there. Well, it was not the facility I had made the reservation at; however, Tammi who was working at the moment, took the time to help me locate the correct facility. She even went out of her way to call. This is an awesome place! I used several different units and sizes at different times. I'm so impressed by this facility. Their prices are reasonable, there are units available, and Lori rocks! She is absolutely the sweetest, kindest soul, and will go out of her way to make sure you get the best service. Fantastic service!

Needed a place to keep our things during our move and Hannigans is very close to our house and seemed well maintained and safe so we decided to give it a try. It definitely lived up to our expectations. Lori has been awesome this entire experience and has worked with us to make sure we were always well taken care of. I highly recommend using Hannigans for storage.

I had a very positive experience at this facility because of the manager Lori. I was actually quite impressed with her honesty and integrity not only as management but as an individual. Storage pro is lucky to have her and I know,believe me how difficult it would be to even be lucky enough to have an employee such as her. Hardworking and intelligent ,there is no doubt in my mind that she is one of the most capable and diligent managers I have ever met. People like that are few and far between these days. Go Lori. Laurie was very accommodating, polite, and professional. She was very sweet with great customer service skills. As soon as I called she was very knowledgeable. During the walk through process she provided all the information and was very thorough. She's great, kudos to you. I feel confident and secure with my belongings being stored here.
