I had an incredible experience with RightSpace Storage. Jesse was able to assist me to get into a unit the same day. He was friendly & professional. I truly appreciated his assistance after I had just come from U-Haul where I had the worst experience ever, visiting 4 different locations and having the door shut in my face at a location that closed at 4:55 (instead of 5:00) after a previous location called to reserve me a unit. I wrote a letter to the president of U-Haul about how awful their customer service is and that I was able to find a local competitor who was able to meet all of my needs fast & friendly. Thank you again Jesse for your help & courtesy.

There was a slight screw up somewhere and they fixed it. More then satisfied. They went out of their way to accommodate me.
